Delivery and Returns Policy
- We are committed to provide your purchased products(s) quickly, safely and in great condition.
- We undertake to accept or reject your order within 3 working days. (Generally it happens much quicker)
- If we have not responded to you within 3 days, your offer is deemed to be rejected. We are not required to give reasons for rejecting your offer to purchase however the most likely reason for rejecting your offer will be that we do not currently have that product in stock.
- After processing your order we’ll send it to you next working day via chosen delivery method.
- We take no responsibility of providing us incorrect address on the order, in such event when the delivery is made to incorrect address NO REFUND will be provided and it would be your responsibility to chase up the goods.
- You'll receive update about your order in your registered email when processing.
We are committed to provide quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any product supplied by us, please return it to us in original condition within 15 days of receipt (order date will be used to determine 15 days) and we will refund your purchase price using the original payment method.
HOW TO RETURN
- Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org clearly including your order number and ‘return’ keyword, preference is ‘<Order Number> Return’.
- Once your return is approved, please return the goods to address as advised in the instructions.
- Once we receive the returned product(s), we will inspect the goods to ensure they are in original condition including all the tags and upon satisfactory inspection we'll process your refund.
- If the returned goods condition are not original then your refund will not be issued and we'll contact you to discuss the options.
- You'll need to pay for return postage.
OUR RETURN POLICY
- With our 100% satisfaction guarantee, we allow you to return our product to us in original condition within 15 days from your Order Date.
- The product(s) must be in original condition with all labels and swing tags still attached.
- If you no longer have a copy of the original order, please contact us at email@example.com with order number.
- To return product(s), please send us an email clearly specifying your order number and ‘return’ keyword in subject as <order number> return. Not providing this information may result in delay.
- Upon processing your return request we’ll contact you and then you may send us the returns to our operations office at requested location.
- You'll be required to pay for the return postage.
- If you have paid the discounted price for the returned item, you’ll be entitled to receive only the discounted price.
- If you have purchased multiple products with discounts and decided to return one product, the total discount will be deducted from the refund. For example, see below scenario:
- You purchased 4 items @50/- per item at the total cost of $200 and applied a voucher to receive $30 discount, with that discount you only paid $170.
- You decided to return 1 product whose value before applying voucher was $50.
- Because we have given you $30 discount on the order, you’ll get a refund of $20 and not $50.
- If you are returning an item for exchange, you would be required to return the goods first and then re-order. (No replacement option is available)
- If the information provided is not followed, this may result in delays in processing your return. If followed correctly, returned items will be processed within 5 working days and your refund will be issued once the returns are processed. Please allow upto 15-20 working days.
- For your own protection, please do not send cash with your returned parcel. We take no responsibility in the event you send cash with your returned parcel.
